This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. It is also the first year for the country’s 14th Five-Year Plan to embark on a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country. Over the past 100 years, the Chinese Communist Party has worked hard and fast, and has led the people of all ethnic groups across the country to go through untold hardships, continuously explore ideas, relay forward, and use wisdom and blood to forge a moving epic of struggle.
In order to promote the study and education of party history to go deep into the grassroots, deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and in-depth work, the party’s fine traditions should be studied, inherited, and carried forward. From June 19th to 20th, 2021, the party organizations in the Northwest Region of Conch Venture and the Shaanxi-Gansu Region jointly launched the theme practical learning and education activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party. Organized nearly 30 party members and comrades to go to Yan'an Revolutionary Holy Land for education and study. Leaders such as the deputy general manager of Conch Venture, member of the party committee of the group, Li Jian, secretary of the Conch Venture Party branch, and Wang Jianli, the chief engineer of Conch Environmental Protection, participated in the practical learning and education activities.
On the afternoon of June 19, party members and cadres visited Yan’an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Baota Mountain, and Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site. At the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, everyone reviewed the history of the struggle of the Communist Party of China in the Yan'an period. By visiting the historical pictures, cultural and historical materials displayed in the museum, the majority of party members were among them and experienced the unforgettable red years of the Yan'an era.

In the memorial square, all party members presented flower baskets to revolutionary martyrs and revisited the party oath. The party members solemnly raised their right fists, and the firm and loud oaths rang in their ears again, and solemnly read their oaths to the party.

Afterwards, all party members came to Baota Mountain and Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site, and visited the Administrative Office of the Central Office and the Central Auditorium. Together, they walked into the cave dwellings of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries such as Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, and Liu Shaoqi, and reviewed major historical events such as the Seventh National Congress of the Party and the Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art. While cherishing the memory of the martyrs, I also appreciate the Yan'an spirit and feel the hardships of the predecessors of the Communist Party of China in pursuing their ideals under severe circumstances.

On the morning of June 20th, all party members came to Liangjiahe, the last stop of this theme education. Under the leadership of the instructor, the party members and cadres listened carefully to General Secretary Xi's "Crossing Four Passes" and "Loess Complex", and personally traced the glorious footprints left by General Secretary Xi leading the masses out of poverty in Liangjiahe. Visited the former residences of educated youths, the village history museum, the silt dam, the first biogas digester in Shaanxi Province, etc., to learn about the glorious deeds of the General Secretary overcoming difficulties when he jumped in and settled down, consciously accepted the hard life training, and innovated to improve the production and living conditions of the villagers .

Yan'an is the birthplace of the red fire. The spirit of Yan'an is the spirit of our party's hard work, the spirit of integrating theory with practice, and constantly pioneering and innovating. Since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", Conch Venture's entrepreneurship has been advancing into a new era, seizing development opportunities, making rapid efforts to promote the development of corporate environmental protection, and embarking on a road of development from small to large, from weak to strong . A new pattern of multi-platform and multi-industry linkage development has been realized. This practical education activity will effectively help and guide the broad masses of party members, cadres and workers to strengthen their faith in the struggle of the revolutionary ancestors, and take the courage to take responsibility in reviewing history. Encourage everyone to inherit a good red gene and carry forward a good tradition. Let the red spirit shine a new era in the company's development career, and build the company into China's first and world-leading large-scale comprehensive environmental protection enterprise group as soon as possible.
